overloaded with computer graphics, weak actors and stupid childish plots.

If you want to see something completely different, then you have come to the right place with this cinematic masterpiece.
Genre? Surrealistic drama with some comic elements on top of it.

[Birdman] is a movie about movie.
Think of it as an extremely rare creative blend of reality and fiction, wrapped in amazing acting craftsmanship.
The cameraman’s work is unbelievably stunning, maximizing the effect of presence to the point of impossibility.
So, in nutshell, Birdman is a great way to immerse yourself in a reality that is very different from your daily routine.
