There is quite a [solid evidence on the MDL forums]
suggesting that Premium Assurance for Windows Server 2012 R2 will extend support for two additional years. This is on top of the existing 3-year ESU [Extended Security Update] program, which is scheduled to EOL this year on October 13.
Such assumption comes from official Microsoft server Premium Assurance documentation. If true, it means the operating system will receive updates until January 2029.
I would like to inform you that this is the very final update for mentioned articles. They won’t be updated anymore, so you are on your own from here. There is nothing to update, almost nobody don’t give a sh#t about mighty Seven anymore, maybe except me and some vintage nerds.
Anyways, at least you have the right direction for a neat software to use to.

. Seems like [Ghacks]
is not providing windows updates needs anymore.
This is certainly not the end, because the Windows 7 community and dedicated enthusiasts will not allow Windows 7 to fade away so easily, at least not within the next five years or so.
