Total Annihilation [1997] ■ The Most Underrated Strategy Of All Time
The strategy that was outshined by Starcraft and Command & Conqueror. [Total Annihilation]
was the first RTS game that introduced true 3d models for units, true physics for a ballistics and realistic vehicle terrain movement. Not to mention things like commander unit mechanics and almost 3d like map [actually map was two dimensional with some smart heights applied].
