EFFECT AUDIO FUSION 1 [2024] ▀ MY FIRST REALLY HI GRADE AUDIO WIRE

This website is well-known for it’s non-prepaid nature, which reflects my personal real life conclusions
without any fear of being unpopular, because of the fact that i’m not sponsored by any organization
and i don’t care about people’s opinions.

I always counted that cable reviews are just a placebo thing, but now i’ve changed my mind.
So, without further ado, let’s get into the reviewing process.

▀ TESTBED

Cable was tested on [HiBy R8 II] digital audio player running [Neutron] software.
As for IEM earphones it is apremium [Empire Ears Raven] .

Effect Audio is highly acclaimed HongKong based company, which is specializing in manufacturing of luxury HiFi & HiEnd
audio wires for headphones. Recently i had an oppurtunity to grab [Effect Audio Fusion 1 [2024]] in almost
mint condition for a bargain price.
I have decide not to miss suck luck and took the cable with a little bit of thinking.

Because it is non conventional place and differs quite a lot from other web let’s kickstart from drawbacks of the cable.
Cons and Pros a listed from the most important to least important.

▀ CONS

• not so cheap obviously [around 1100 USD for brand new thing]
• feels more stiff comparing even with [Dunu Hulk Pro] [around 300 USD for brand new],
  but way improved since their Code 23 model, which converts into stick in a cold weather conditions
  and not really meant to be on the go solution
• jack connector is not L-shaped like in highly popular Dunu Hulk Pro [it is very convenient to say the least]
• top wires with headphone connectors could be a bit thicker, but they are on a thin side comparing to Hulk Pro
• wire holder is useless, because top part of the cable is straight and holder ALWAYS returns to it’s default position,
  so it is purely decorative part, but could be improved by means of DIY tricks
• cable could be a tad bit longer

Now to the most desired part, BENEFITS!
And they are not numerous as CONS, but they are really-really bold!

▀ PROS

• really improves low frequencies, increases bass punch and attack
• smooth out most of the sibilants in high frequencies
• brightens mid frequency area and brings very lively sparkle to it

Both cables are staying in my arsenal, because of the qualities they are bringing to the table.
And yeah, i’m deeply impressed that quality cable could color sound by a hearble margin and even fix some ongoing issues.
Personaly for me it was a discovery.

Also i hope that i’ll have time for a proper testing with new [Lotto PAW Touch GT2]
