MODERN PYTHON FOR LEGACY WINDOWS 7 [v3.9-3.12]

"Windows 7 is not supported by modern Python anymore" 

The latest official version is [v3.8.15] .
Despite above mentioned dummy statement [Adang1345] restored justice and brought back support of Windows 7.
