I have gotten tired of the week which I spent on job interviews, where I’ve seen different types of psychological “performances” by potential employers.
There were a small number of decent people, but frankly speaking, in majority of cases it was a freak show consisting of loutish human resources recruiters, self-satisfied leaders and pretentious CEO poseurs who actually have no idea who they’re looking for. So the essential thing to do was to drop that horrible shit aura and get busy with something positive.
Mozilla has recently demonstrated significant generosity toward the Windows 7 user base, despite a lack of widespread demand. According to the [Firefox release calendar]
, the three-year-old ESR version continues to receive support extensions. This is a quite notable development. Many users, including members of my [Windows 7 Discord community]
, prefer to remain on official software versions rather than switching to custom hacks like [Redfox]
.
In another words, web support of “obsolete”, almost 20 years old operating system, stays confident and strong even in 2026.
[Totally unexpected movie]
from [Sam Raimi]
, especially after almost five years of creative silence. I almost skipped this trailer because it was categorized as a rom-com. Then, halfway through, I saw “Directed by Sam Raimi” and instantly changed my mind. The film is packed with Sam’s signature style:
mature, satirical, and grotesque humor solid acting and recognizable VFX [ Evil Dead ][ & ]I[ vibes are surely here ] usage of first person and wide angle perspectives [ reminded me of Evil Dead movies, again ] and yes, there is a zombie scene Overall verdict: Highly recommended.
UPDATED ON: 2026-03-07
Today i was given a low-epc potatto net top with the words:
This machine should run PostgreSQL, run web applications in Firefox web browser, we don't consider any upgrades at all, do your thing Quite harsh, but who cares? Actually installing second RAM stick with another 4Gb or inserting really fast USB stick and tune it for using [ReadyBoost]
would be quite helpful, to say the least.
Previous software list dedicated specifically to [Android 8]
.
I decided not to touch the previous app list to keep the chronology intact. This will be a modern list, specifically related to Android 16. I’m forced to use the stock version of Android because I need a decent camera phone like the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. I can’t install non-stock firmware, as it would break the camera functionality, which is mandatory for me.
Somewhere down the line, if I’m still kickin’ and still sticking to my Windows 7 addiction, I’ll try to build the most powerful Windows 7 rig possible.
It’ll be based on the latest Ryzen 11950X/12950X or maybe a Threadripper 10995WX/11995WX [or even Epyc], paired with 128GB of dual-channel or 192GB of octa/twelve channel memory, depending on the platform. The system drive will be an [Intel Optane P5810X 400GB]
for ultra-fast access to small files, and the main data drive will be something based upon 15Gb/s PCIe 5.
The most insane machine that make the most advanced computer chips ever. Favorite comment on the thread:
We literally mastered creating 50,000 mini-supernovas a second just so I can watch this video on the toilet. Humanity has peaked. THE WORLD’S MOST IMPORTANT MACHINE
However [this event]
will completely unaffect advanced users, because they already exploit hacked [v14]
and [v15]
versions of Tor developed by [Blaukovitch]
& [adeii]
. Due to stability reasons, currently version 15 comes only in x86 revision. Take a note: version 15 is based around Firefox 140 ESR. Version 14 is based around Firefox 128 ESR and available for both architectures [x86/x64].
So, Windows 7 users are future-proofed again. This is becoming a neat tradition.
I already wrote about magnificent Far Manager [in the past]
. It is ridiculously fast orthodox text file manager, which can deliver Linux-like experience to your Windows 7 machine. Version 3.x is way more advanced than Linux’s [Midnight Commander]
. Since i spent quite much time in appointed file manager and even caught myself couple of times doing coding works right in the internal editor instead of VS Code… And then i thought: “why don’t i make my spending time in the environment more pleasant for my eye”.
Failing to believe in sci-fi and the high-tech industry, I’m beginning to think that the future is not as interesting as the past. And this feeling isn’t triggered by nostalgia, it’s something more fundamental and solid that leads me to think this way.
A movie geek friend of mine recommended [Apocalypto]
, and I’m just sharing this excellent offering with all the readers of this website. In today’s reality, we don’t have many great movies, but this one surely belongs to the finest category.
Both of them are based upon Windows 10 LTSC, so you are backed with updates until 2032! Of course appointed projects are in the active development and have numerous of bugs here and there. I hope that someday they will become fully functional replacements of atrocious Windows 10 user interface. And if i switch to Windows 10 i will surely exploit them, to hide myself from Windows 10 default tastelessness.
Some day, if i have an opportunity i’d like to visit this [audio show]
in Singapore. Why Singapore? Because it is the largest expo in terms of represented audio manufacturers in the entire world. I am dreaming to listen to a bunch of devices like: Luxury & Precision P6 Pro Luxury & Precision LP6 / LP6 Ti Lotoo PAW Touch GT2 Cayin N30LE [Mysticraft Hex & Subtonic Storm]
Hope that the dream will become true.
I’ve mentioned before how much I adored [WWF WrestleMania]
growing up. For me personally, it outshone Mortal Kombat even despite MK’s massive acclaim because of it’s richer combo system and buttery-smooth animations that made every move feel quite impactful. S

Enjoy the game!
You maybe already aware that i am a fan of beat’em’up arcade coin-op games like [Streets Of Rage]
. And i just want to report that i found another hidden gem in this genre, called [Final Vendetta]
developed by [Bitmap Bereau]
UK game studio, which focuses primarily on doin’ pixel art games pretty much for any console on the market, even vintage ones, like [Neo Geo]
!
The game is done completely obeying the trends of 90s, has stunning pixel art graphics, fluid animations, groovy rave beats matching aesthetics of the era and it looks like that it is very hard to beat!
Awesomely good clone of [Contra]
from Russian developers called [Iron Meat]

Back in time i was fond of [Jet’n’Guns game series]
and i decided to find something similar and solid. Because i just can’t stand gameplay disbalance, repetition and greed of Sky Force Reloaded. Here is a quick list of shoot-em-up games which might be enjoyable to play.
BLACK PARADOX [BLACK PARADOX]
Very curios about it, pleasant pixel graphics, spiced up with retrowave soundtrack. FLYING TANK [FLYING TANK]
Looks like a stylish obscure trinket, but you know that i like obscurity.
Before covid, before f#cking wars, before all these politics sh#t of recent days a great movie [The Platform]
was filmed. This creation precisely shows the barebone framework of the countries with autocratic regimes, where ruler is not changed for years. Also it brings high ethical and philosophical topics for thought to the table. Tremendously solid acting, and intriguing story line hold you in a tension right till the end of the video narration.
Excellent low-budget SciFi short movie accidentally found on [DUST] youtube channel.
I am not gonna talk about the plot - see it by yourself.
It is definitely a very neat effort and it just begs for the part two. THE MACHINE

AT THE INTERSECTION OF CULTURES. I am not into rapcore or even pop music, but this is awesomely lit! The Russian band “Nemodnye” has released an absolutely stunning cover of the song by the well-known American rapcore band [Linkin Park - In the End], adding parts of lyrics from the pop song by the Russian band [Otpetye Moshenniki - Lyubi Menya, Lyubi].
LINKING PARK ▀ IN THE END [NEMODNYE REMIX]
Cowa-f#ckin’-bunga! I can’t believe my eyes and it looks like this pixel arcade is going to be gooood! Game is not released yet and will be [available on Steam]
closer to the end of the year.

I’ll definitely bookmark it for later purchase.

Windows 7 Premium Assurance is coming to an end in January 2026, so i’m considering Windows 8.1 migration. That is why i have decided to make an ultimate debloating script for Windows 8.1, which will be supported until October 2026.
Ok, some preface words to clean things up a bit. I’ve done this configuration for my personal specific needs.
[The Toxic Avenger]
is a fabulously reimagined take on the [1984 original]
.
To be honest, I never finished the original. I simply didn’t enjoy it enough to see it through. But this new version compelled me to watch it all the way to the very end.
IT DELIVERS LOADS OF STUFF LIKE:
a way tighter, more intense storyline surprisingly strong acting performances for a film of this genre excellent cinematography and sound design Overall, it feels like the most polished and confident entry in it’s category for the last couple of years.
Drawing on my past experience with [DOS batch scripting]
, I’ve decided to streamline my workflow by cutting out tedious, repetitive file operations. Even though I’m using the lightning-fast [Far Manager]
, it’s still not quite quick enough and frankly, file operations demands way too many keystrokes. This becomes especially irksome now that I’m juggling three projects at once. Taking them from home to work or vice versa. All that routine file shuffling eats up a sizeable chunk of my day.
